Letters from the Secretaries-General

Hello,

My name is John Eric Paguio, a junior studying Civil Engineering. I am Secretary-General (Fall). This is my second year staffing MUNI. Last year in MUNI Online, I was a member of the simulation staff for the Sandinista committee. In high school, I competed in MUNI XXIII and MUNI XXIV. It was such a fun experience that I decided to become a part of it in college. I am excited to have the opportunity to give you all the same experience that made me fascinated with Model UN and I can’t wait to show you what we have in store!

Hello,

My name is Marcelo Vargas. As Secretary-General (Spring) I coordinate with all directors and their staff to put on the committees in the first place. Handle any and all feedback to be had with advisors. In charge of running this conference in its whole and building MUNI from the ground up in terms of the simulations and actually running of committees

I am a Junior majoring in Political Science and History on the Pre-Law Track. I hope to go to law school straight after finishing my undergraduate studies and to one day became a lawyer specializing in family law. I became interested in Model UN due to my interest in international affairs and it was what eventually led me to become a Political Science major. I am looking forward to providing a rich and rewarding committee experience to all delegates.
