Registration Policies
Delegations registering during this period will be given priority in committee assignments.
Delegations registering during this period will be last in committee assignment priority and thus will not be guaranteed any preferred committee assignments. Preferred assignments will be given on a first-come, first-serve basis based on availability.
Transportation will not be provided for MUNI XXVI. All delegations will be responsible for their own transportation to the on-campus conference location, as well as to and from the hotel, which will be off-campus.

If you change your delegation size after committee assignments are released (Jan. 19), a fee of $25 per delegate will be charged.
Disclaimer: if a delegate is dropped from the roster and added again, it is unlikely they can be readmitted to their original committee assignment.
If we receive a high volume of school applications, it is unlikely that we can accommodate all of them at MUNI XXVI. (schools put on a waitlist will be charged the rate corresponding to the time of their registration if they are selected)
All payments must be postmarked by the latest Feb. 19, 2024 unless otherwise stated on the invoice.
All payments are non-refundable. If you have any questions or concerns about payment, please contact our USG of registration at registration@illinoismun.org.
Liability and Photo Release Forms
Please have these forms filled out by each delegate and handed in at registration at the hotel lobby. If you wish to submit them electronically, you can email them to our USG of Registration at registration@illinoismun.org.
Note: delegations must submit all forms exclusively electronically or in person. We cannot accommodate delegations doing both unless due to extraordinary circumstances.
