About

Welcome to the International Court of Justice! In this committee, you will have the opportunity to tackle the Khulbhushan Jadhav case from 2018, a riveting case that raised tensions in the subcontinent and still adds fuel to the fire between India and Pakistan. You, as advocates of the respective states, will have the responsibility of upholding the interests of your countries, as well as facilitating justice in this case.

Advocates will have to work within their respective sides to prove whether or not Pakistan had upheld the rights of Khulbhushan Jadhav, as outlined in the Geneva Convention, as well as deal with the complexities of espionage and the dynamics of Indo-Pak relations. Through presenting evidence, witnesses, and compelling arguments, advocates have the opportunity to bring about a peaceful solution to this crisis.

Join us at the ICJ to be a part of fruitful debate and engaging dialogue and play an active part in shaping the future of subcontinental relations!
